2021 Fallen Officer Memorial Golf Tournament
All registration forms and fees are due no later than July 7th, 2021 by 5:00pm. Tournament does have a limited number of teams spots available. ONLY paid teams will be guaranteed a spot in the tournament.

About the Event
Tournament is a 4-person scramble layout.
Tournament is held on July 10th, at the Rapid City Elks Golf Course
There will be an 8am check-in with an 8:30am shotgun start
Teams will be able to purchase mulligans, raffle tickets, etc. the morning of the tournament
There will pin prizes, raffle prizes, and flighted winners (a combination of pro-shop credit and cash prizes)
Cost is $80.00 per player (DOES NOT include $2.00 per player Transaction Fee), includes green fees, cart and lunch.
